- Item needs to be in original state (unwashed, unaltered and undamaged) with the clothes tag secured.
- Mail to us via registered mail/ courier so we can track the delivery, at your own cost.
- Let us know if you wish to return within 14 days from the date we dispatch the item.
- The returned item purchase cost will be given to you as credit in your OCO Atelier Account for the next purchase.
